We understand that surveys can be difficult to translate into your own experience so we have explained some important terms below:
My Manager - The person you directly report to.
The Leadership Team - The most senior leadership within your company. This might be the business owners or executive board. In some instances the leadership team and your manager might be the same people. For example: If you report to the owner of a business then your manager would also be/form part of the leadership team.
The Company / My Company - This is the business/company/organisation you are currently working for.
Company Vision: This could be referred to internally as the company mission/vision/purpose. For the purpose of this survey it relates to any meaningful goals/objectives the company is looking to achieve in the long term.
